Parent Partnership Stoke-on-Trent

We are an impartial and confidential advice, information and support service for parents/carers of children and young people with special educational needs.

We can help by:

Listening to parents' views and concerns about their child or young persons special educational needs.

Supporting parents in expressing their views by:

  • Attending meetings
  • Assistance with writing letters/reports and filling in forms
  • Offering access to the Parent Partnership Advisory group

We offer:

  • Impartial information and advice
  • A confidential telephone helpline
  • Guidance through the SEN processes and procedures
  • Access to an Independent Parental Supporter
  • Help with resolving disputes
  • Access to an independent mediation service
  • A range of training opportunities
